EXCHANGE POLICY

Any default, delay or defects in any of our delivery(ies) or item(s) shall be considered as a segregated default without giving the customer's right to cancel the whole order. Your purchase receipt from Lorenzo should be presented as well.

Customers shall inspect all goods upon delivery. Any complaints must be made immediately to the Company when receiving the goods. Late complaints will not be entertained.

Faulty or defective goods in any way may be returned for exchanged or replacement within 7 days of receipt of all regular-priced items.goods. Lorenzo reserves the right to substitute a similiar item of equal value if the goods in question are not available at that point of time.

Prior approval must be obtained from the Management before an execution of changes/ amendments to an order can be prerformed. The chages, if any must bear anequivalent value to the original order committed of if not higher.

The Company will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may occur through misuse or alteration of any of its products.

Should there be any need for refund; the Company will return part/full amount to Customer via the same mode of payment that the amount was collected, eg. CASH, CHEQUE or CREDIT CARD.
